Nestled in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds and enjoying stunning views across rolling farmland, Kipling House Barn is a beautifully converted 200-year-old granary offering luxury self-catering accommodation for groups of up to 19 guests. Retaining its original oak beams and impressive vaulted ceilings, the barn seamlessly combines character and charm with modern comfort. The spacious bedrooms are arranged over two levels, while the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living areas showcase panoramic views of the East Yorkshire countryside, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and celebration alike.

For smaller groups, Hind Cottage provides a charming three-bedroom retreat, comfortably accommodating up to five adult guests. The cottage was renovated in 2021 alongside Kipling House Barn and has been beautifully refurbished to bring it to the holiday let market in 2026. The Cottage features original beams, and overlooks a charming historic paddock home to sheep and cows for the majority of the year.

The Barn and Cottage can be booked individually, or booked together for larger groups of up to 25 adult guests.
